Epros Patch Repairs & Pipe Re-lining

The Epros drainpacker method is for the repair of pipes in the case of cracks, fractures, open and displaced joints and strong infiltration. Fibre glass reinforced laminates are used to restore the structural stability of the pipe. ADS have the capability to patch repair pipes from 100mm to 1200mm diameter.

The Epros resin mixture used in the drainpacker method is a special silicate reaction resin system which is applied to a special support such as CRF or CRF+ fibre glass matting to be introduced in the defective host pipe for durable sealing and stabilising of the sewer pipe.

The Epros method is successfully used worldwide to seal pipes with water infiltration or have failed air tests which can prevent sewer adoption.

ADS use the Epros Drain Lining Repair method using air inversion unit. This no dig process can be performed via cleaning or inspection holes or any other known pipe opening. This method is used to repair entire pipe lengths from manhole to manhole or from manhole to main sewer. Both the above systems are much more cost effective and less disruptive than having to dig up damaged pipes to make the repair or install new drains.
